Project Highlights
This project involved renovating a 2,500 sq ft area creating a warm, comfortable, and inviting multifunction room and nourishment center / kitchen. Kasabian Construction worked closely with the Scalabrini administration to select each design element to ensure we met all their project goals and requirements.
We also add a 3,000 sq ft outdoor patio area for the residents to enjoy with their family and friends while overlooking spectacular views of Narragansett Bay. This includes the addition of an automatic sliding door so residents can access the patio with ease.
The renovation of the multi-function room required us perform our work while the adjasent space was occupied by residents and staff which required us to coordinate the loud construction processes during certain times of the day.
